On Friday, October 11th, we are taking a trip to
Old World Wisconsin. The bus ride is about 75 minutes and it will be a tight
ride! The students will be able to bring electronics with the following
understandings:
·
Teachers will not be able to hold on to
electronics once we leave the bus
·
The games/information viewed need to be age appropriate
·
The student is 100% responsible for the
electronic device. With that being said, electronics will NEED to stay on the
bus once we arrive at OWW. The bus will be locked and will remain at OWW. No homework this weekend, stay dry! We had a parent come in and help us create pencil & paper avatars! They each drew a picture and picked an avatar name. You will see them all soon! Thanks J!

During this time, please come and visit and sign up for Parent/Teacher conferences in November. Also, check out the calendar link on the bottom of the blog, I have made some updates.

Happy Monday! If you are planning on meeting us at the Old World Wisconsin trip on Friday, October 11th, I need to get you to fill out and sign a volunteer form. Please email me and I will send one home with your child. If you get the chance, please check out the new downtown library, the children's area is amazing. Please see the writing sample below. This is the kind of writing (in length and content) that is expected in your child's writing homework. They do not have any writing homework tonight though!
